In these past few years, reality TV has overtaken television media. No one can deny it—it's just addicting to watch. Now, TheBigBlogShow.com will bring that same drama and unpredictability to the Internet. As a weblogger, you can be a part of this. Just visit their site and submit an application!

I interviewed Jim, a producer of this upcoming show. Here's what he had to reveal.

Just your title, "The Big Blog Show," is eye-catching. What exactly is a blog show?

TheBigBlogShow.com is the Internet's 1st reality blog (web log).

How did you come with this idea?

Everyone loves reality TV. So why not reality blogging? There are many different and exciting types of bloggers out there just waiting to be read more often, and who wish to share their views with other intense bloggers such as themselves.

For this first season, what are your expectations?

Actually, the show won't really run in seasons per say. As it stands right now, we'll be rotating new and different bloggers in and out of the slots every few months or so. Our expectations are to build a vivid and entertaining online community for the show's bloggers, and of course the readers.

On your site, it states you're looking for 9 bloggers. How many slots are still open?

We have not chosen anyone yet. Applications are still being accepted. Once we reach our magic number, we'll shut it down and begin the selection process. Then, when finished, we'll notify the final selections and begin the show!

What types of bloggers are you looking for?

We're looking for active bloggers. People who have passion for blogging and sharing their words and feelings with the world. Of course, it doesn't hurt if they like to stir it up!
